I have been reading various theories/experiments regarding orbs, a brief outline being:
As the etheric body is the energy field that surrounds the physical body this energy according to science cant be destroyed, could it therefore be contained in an orb like form after the physical form has been removed? This energy containing our conscioussness and personalities, a round object can store a great deal of electrical charges on its surface, most static-electrical generators build their energy on a large metal ball, this static electrical charge could therefore draw dust particles. Experimentation carried out shows video moves at 30 frames a second so if an object moves one inch between frames(you need to measure the distance of everything in the room in relation to the possible anomaly) then its movement is 30 inches per second broke down this is about 1.7 mph that could easily be dust, moving one foot between frames would mean a speed of 20.4 mph which would point to an insect not dust, some orb anomolies have been filmed at 60(or more) mph, the worlds fastest flying insect reaching 35 mph. Taking into consideration measurements and any wind speed this could possibly point to stronger authentic evidence of some orbs being paranormal in nature, having read a couple of articles on this type of phenomena with various theories reached thought it worth a consideration on the orb debate. I personally feel that too much time is spent on the orb phenomena and a lot of groups waste a lot of time over natural anomilies.
